Beginning Yoga (series)

This 6 week Intro to Yoga class is geared towards the Beginning student. We will start with learning the foundation poses, proper alignment, linking breath with movement and training the mind to grow a meditation practice. This class is designed to allow the Beginning student the ability to grow and safely explore in their practice and to be able to move confidently into other classes. Pre-registration only at

Morning Flow (series)

This Morning Flow class is for students who have some prior yoga experience up to more advanced students. This primarily gentle class will mix flows, static, Yin and Restorative poses. Attention to the breath and the body are highlighted and classes will concluded with guided meditations. - Reserved Package pricing is $60 for the Session. Single class pricing is $15 cash or check. Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient and unique system for helping us to achieve our greatest potential on all levels. Characterized by it’s emphasis on challenging and breaking through our perceived boundaries, it is a powerful tool for transformation for body, mind and spirit. There is a strong focus on the spine and circulation of prana. Using rhythmic movement, breath and chanting we will uplift, strengthen and ease stress creating a powerful clarity and well-being. Open to all levels.

Restorative Yoga Flow

This class is based for all types of walk in their yoga practice whether you’re new to yoga or have some yoga experience. Jackie slows it down on the mat as you restore, balance, and renew with the practice of restorative teachings. The use of asana, breath work, and props in this class allows the creation for a more relaxed state for the body and mind. 

Sangha Yoga: Level 2 Class

In this Tantric Hatha Yoga class, yoga postures are presented systematically to safely open the body and are intelligently sequenced for specific energetic effects and health benefits. The most challenging part of these classes is not necessarily the postures, but the internal work of focusing the mind and breath. Each class includes meditation. All levels are welcome but some yoga experience is recommended.

SYTT Community Class

These classes are taught by rotating graduates and current trainees of the Sangha Yoga Teacher Training (SYTT) program. Based in Sangha Yoga style, these 75 minute classes include warm ups, vinyasa flows, standing poses, balancing postures, mild inversions, floor postures and meditation. These classes are open to the public to drop into on donation. Beginners are welcome.
