Alycia Lee, RYT500

Alycia Lee attended her first yoga class in 2000 and it lit a flame in her that still burns bright. As a student, she discovered that yoga positively impacts every aspect of her life and allows her to maintain a profound sense of well being. Since then, she has completed three teaching certifications in two styles: ParaYoga with Devidas Karina Mirsky and Yogarupa Rod Stryker, and Kundalini Yoga with Yogi Bhajan. Alycia has been teaching since 2003. Her dynamic and very holistic approach to practice has emphasizes accessibility to all students. With a light heart, Alycia helps students find depth and a stronger motivation for healing and fulfillment. 

Sarah Plucinski, RYT 200 + RCYT

Sarah has been training and teaching kids yoga for the last 5 years. She’s attended several children’s yoga training including If I Was a Bird Yoga Training, Asanas for Autism and Special Needs Training, and Kidding Around Yoga Training. Her classes are lighthearted and fun for children of all ages!

Andew Bachi, BA, RYT200

Andrew has been studying and practicing yoga since 2010. He has studied Kundalini Yoga with Alycia Lee, Anusara with Rachel Carter, and ParaYoga with Karina Mirsky. Andy is a graduate of the SYTT program and holds a degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University, with a minor in alcohol and substance abuse. Andy wholeheartedly believes in the transformational power of the subtle practices of yoga. Pranayama, kriya and meditation helped him overcome addiction and now he uses these tools to support others in recovery. Andy teaches yoga in Kalamazoo and Wayland, assists SYTT200 programs and facilitates the SYTT Community Class.

Karina Mirsky, BBA, MA, E-RYT500

Karina Ayn Mirsky (Devidas), is widely respected yoga and meditation educator and the Director of Sangha Yoga Institute, (a yoga teacher training school,) in Kalamazoo. Karina has been teaching yoga since 1998, training teachers since 2004, and leading international retreats since 2008. She is a certified teacher of Rod Stryker’s ParaYoga®, holds a BBA in Business Management and a MA in East-West Psychology. Karina travels extensively to teach and has been featured in several publications and tele-conferences. She works privately with individuals, and produces a variety of online videos and app content. - Karina teaches the Sangha Level 2 Class once a month.

Stephanie Manor, BS, RYT500

Stephanie began her yoga practice in the late 1990’s. She completed her RYT-200 in 2013 with YogaFit and launched Manor Yoga in Jackson, MI. In 2015, she began studying with Karina Ayn Mirsky of Sangha Yoga Instititue and completed the SYTT 500 program in October 2017. Stephanie holds a BS Fashion Merchandising from WMU and has worked in various management capacities throughout her career.  She returned to the Kalamazoo area in the fall of 2016 and now teaches a variety of yoga classes in Kalamazoo and Jackson. In her group classes and private sessions, she enjoys helping others on their journeys of mind, body, and spirit discovery.
